How I handle your details

Who is responsible
This website is run by Eirini Fellas, Thessaloniki, Greece. I am responsible for the personal data you send me. You can contact me at eirinifellas@icloud.com.
What I collect
When you use the contact form, I receive the details you enter: your name, email address, the module or subject, and your message. I don't collect anything else. This website uses no cookies, no tracking and no advertising.
Why I use it
Only to reply to your request and, if you wish, to arrange lessons or other work with you. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). I never sell your details or use them for marketing.
Who else handles it
- Netlify, Inc. hosts this website and stores the messages sent through the form. Netlify may process data outside the EU under the safeguards set out in its data processing terms.
- My email provider delivers a copy of your message to my inbox.
The website's fonts are stored on this site, so no data is sent to Google or other font services.
How long I keep it
I delete form messages within 12 months, or sooner if you ask. If we work together, I keep only what I need for lessons and for invoices, which tax law may require me to keep for longer.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how I use it, by writing to eirinifellas@icloud.com. I will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
